INFORMATION CLAUSE FOR EMPLOYEES OF OUR CLIENTS/CONTRACTORS

In accordance with Art. 13(1) and (2) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), I inform you that:

Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of performing the contract and business relations between your employer and the controller on the basis of the contract, relying on the legal basis - Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, and for archival (evidentiary) purposes, being the pursuit of our legitimate interest - Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Your personal data will be transferred to carriers, Poczta Polska S.A., courier companies, law firms, the National Revenue Administration, translators, auditors, companies enabling the handling of sales, orders and invoices through software and electronic platforms, and companies providing sales and marketing services.
  5. Your personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Union, with the exception of employees of transport firms performing the contract of carriage.
  6. Your personal data will be processed until the end of cooperation with the employer, taking into account the Accounting Act and the fulfilment of rights arising from claims.
  7. You have the right of access to the content of your data and the right to rectify, erase and restrict the processing of it, the right to data portability and the right to object.
  8. Providing your personal data is necessary for the performance of the contract and is a condition for compliance with the provisions of law.
  9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Data Protection Office if you consider that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of law.
  10. Your data will not be processed in an automated manner or in the form of profiling.

In accordance with Art. 13(1) and (2) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), I inform you that:

  4. Your personal data will be transferred to Facebook, a company managing our accounts on social networking sites and our websites, a company carrying out advertising campaigns on the Google, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook networks, and a hosting company.
  5. Your personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Union.
  6. Your personal data will be processed until consent is withdrawn.
  7. You have the right of access to the content of your data and the right to rectify, erase and restrict the processing of it, the right to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time, and, where the basis for processing is a legitimate interest, the possibility for you to express an objection.
  8. Providing your personal data is voluntary and contractual.
  9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Data Protection Office if you consider that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of law.

In accordance with Art. 13(1) and (2) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), I inform you that:
